Mr. Ramadan is a lawyer of the Court of Cassation and the State Council with more than 20 years of experience in the field of tax law. He has extensive practice covering corporate and individual taxation, customs issues, social insurance in Egypt and has significant experience in providing businesses with broad transactional support, commercial advice and dispute resolution.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ramadan has represented and serviced large corporations and private enterprises, as well as conducted numerous tax cases, some of which focused on services and intangible assets, international transfer pricing of goods, the tax regime of tangible assets of acquired companies. He also provides comprehensive advice to business management with a special focus on issues related to SMEs, import and export.
