Mrs. Omaima specializes in Egyptian corporate law and commercial contracts. During her career, she has worked extensively with private companies, corporate groups and public sector organizations dealing with issues of incorporation of enterprises, filing relevant documents and files, as well as certification and legalization of required documents.
She professionally draws up commercial contracts related to distribution, supply, outsourcing, sponsorship, franchising and joint ventures. She is an expert in compiling complex and voluminous documentation specific to a particular business context. Mrs. Omaima also has experience in areas related to pharmaceuticals, private equity and manufacturing.
