Mr. Nuir has 24+ years of experience and specializes in the tourism sector, related laws and regulations, as well as in the development of tourism in Egypt. He provides multidisciplinary advice to industry representatives, government agencies, development agencies, hotels and hotel management companies, tour operators and travel companies.
Mr. Nuir, as a member of “Youssry Saleh and Partners “, works on projects in the field of tourism and investments in the hotel business, he conducts transactions, comprehensive verification and risk management. He is professionally engaged in drafting and reviewing contracts, and also represents the interests of Egyptian and international companies. Mr. Nuir has extensive experience in the field of public-private partnerships, as well as in resolving issues related to the settlement of disputes over land ownership, negotiating and drafting lease agreements.
