Mrs. Anna V. Makarova is a respectful business professional with almost 30 years of experience in Multinational Corporate Finance in different industries (Retail, Building & Construction, and Consumer Electronics) and areas (Financial Analysis, AR & Credit Control, Planning & Budgeting, Cost Control, General Accounting etc.).

Mrs. Anna has strong knowledge and innovative, result-oriented experience in building and implementing corporate business operations systems – SCM (Supply Chain Management), CRM/SRM (Customer/Supplier Relations Management), BI (Business Intelligence); in developing corporate policies and procedures and in conducting internal audits.

As a financial consultant she oversaw SMEs and start-ups (developing/reorganizing business process, corporate finance revising/restructuring, building BI & FI management reporting systems), and ensured her assistance to companies in franchising (develop FDDs (Franchising Disclosure Document), built operations management, and prepared all financial analytics.
