Mr. Ahmed practices in the field of corporate law and securities, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital investment financing in Egypt. He offers general business advice and represents the interests of emerging companies ranging from startups to multinational including individual investors. He advises on corporate structuring, securities issuance and compliance with securities law, incorporation, joint venture and partnership, employment, option plans, mergers and acquisitions. The team benefits from his work experience in the fields of software, healthcare, manufacturing, banking and financial services, retail and consumer goods; he is also regularly involved in cross-border transactions. Mr. Ahmed is an experienced expert in concluding transactions, preparing research and legal opinions, drafting civil and commercial contracts, as well as corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He is also a lawyer at the Court of Cassation and the State Council.
