Dr. Ahmed F.Elshourbagy is a Partner in the Firm’s International Arbitration Group.

Dr.Elshourbagy specializes in commercial and investment arbitration. He completed his Ph.D. thesis on “Arbitrators, Arbitral institutions and Insurance”at Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Dr. Elshourbagy is experienced in prosecuting international arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining the Firm, Dr. Elshourbagy represented clients in a broad range of arbitration matters before leading arbitral institutions, including ICC, LCIA, and CRCICA.

Dr. Elshourbagy completed an L.L.B and L.L.M from Cairo University, Egypt. Dr. Elshourbagy also completed the “Private International law Summer Course” at the Hague Academy of International Law, Netherlands. Dr. Elshourbagy obtained Diploma in International Arbitration From (Dusseldorf Arbitration School).

Dr. Elshourbagy is an attorney admitted to practice in Egypt and his working languages are English, French and Arabic
