By accessing, registering for, continuing to browse or using the Platform, you consent to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement, all incorporated policies, and additional terms located on the Site (collectively, the “Terms of Use / Legal Documents”). 2.1.6 Use the Website in a manner that disables, overburdens, damages, or impairs the site or interferes with other users’ access to the Website, including real-time activities.

7. Disclosure of Attorney Relationships
7.1 YOUSSRY SALEH & PARTNERS (the “Firm”) employs a team of attorneys, all attorneys identified as “Principals”, “Associates”, “Firm Attorneys” or “Of Counsel” are employees of firm and collaborates with independent attorneys (“Independent Attorneys”) to serve our clients’ needs.
7.2 Firm Attorneys are members of the Firm and practice collectively under its supervision. The Firm maintains a centralized conflict-of-interest screening system to comply with applicable professional rules.
7.3 Independent Attorneys are not employees of the Firm and maintain their own separate practices. The Firm may engage Independent Attorneys on a case-by-case basis to assist in specific matters. Prior to any such engagement, the Firm conducts a conflict-of-interest check and obtains client consent for the sharing of relevant information.
8. Reporting Violations
8.1 We are committed to maintaining a platform that complies with these Terms of Use. Should you believe that any information or content violates these Terms, you shall please report it to us immediately.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the provisions of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to its conflict of law’s provisions.
9.2 The parties agree to use their best endeavors to settle amicably any dispute arising out of or pertaining to this Agreement or its breach. Such efforts shall include good faith negotiations between designated representatives of each party.
9.3 In the event that the parties are unable to reach an amicable settlement within 45 days from the commence date of such amicable negotiations, any dispute arising out of or pertaining to this Term of Use Agreement or its breach shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
9.4 The arbitration shall be carried out in accordance with the Rules adopted by the below-mentioned center and without prejudice to the International Laws and Regulations. The seat of Arbitration shall be Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), number of arbitrators shall be three and the language of arbitral proceedings shall be English, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
9.5 The costs and fees of the arbitration, including the arbitrator’s fees and the reasonable attorneys’ fees of the prevailing party, shall be borne by the non-prevailing party.
9.6 Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against you for any breach thereof in your country of residence or any other appropriate jurisdiction. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of such jurisdictions.
9.7 Any cause of action or claim arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or the Website by the User must be commenced within six (6) months after the accrual of such cause of action. The User failure to commence an action within such period shall constitute a permanent bar to recovery.
10. Survival
10.1 All provisions of these Terms, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, indemnification, and limitations of liability, shall survive suspension or termination of your membership
11. Force Majeure
11.1 Neither party shall be deemed in breach of this Agreement or be liable for any prohibited performance in accordance with this Terms of Use Agreement hereunder due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
11.1.1 Acts of God (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, tornadoes);
11.1.2 Acts of war, terrorism, riot, or civil commotion;
11.1.3 Strikes or labor disputes (excluding those involving its own workforce);
11.1.4 National emergencies, epidemics, or pandemics;
11.1.5 Shortages of materials, supplies, or transportation;
11.1.6 Acts of any government or regulatory body in its sovereign capacity;
11.1.7 Fire, explosion, or other casualty;
11.1.8 Any other event or circumstance of similar nature that could not have been prevented by the affected party despite the exercise of reasonable diligence (collectively, a “Force Majeure Event”); or
11.1.9 Legislation, law, decree, order, executive regulations decrees or restraints of any governments or public authority, national strike, lock-out or industrial action, war, or acts of terrorism, failure of such nature which directly and materially prevents, affects or delays any party from performing its obligations under this Agreement or any cause not due to the fault or negligence of any Party provided that any such cause is beyond the reasonable control of the relevant Party.
11.2 The obligations and liabilities of the user hereunder which have arisen or accrued prior to the occurrence of the Force Majeure Event shall survive the termination of this Agreement caused by such Force Majeure Event.
12. Suspension, Termination and Cancellation
12.1 YOUSSRY SALEH & PARTNERS Law Firm reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access of our Website, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
13. Severability
13.1 If any term of this Terms of Use Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such term shall be struck from this Term of Use Agreement and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Amendments
14.1 This Terms of Use Agreement may be amended only by us, we shall have the right to solely amend, change, or modify any terms, provision or condition of this Agreement. Such amendment shall be deemed part of this Agreement and shall have the same force and effect.
14.2 This Agreement is binding on the Parties, their successors, and assignees, and so, for all the provisions and obligations indicated herein.
14.3 We reserve the unrestricted right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Website, or any portion thereof, at any time without prior notice. We shall not be held liable for any interruptions or unavailability of the Website. Access to the Website may be limited or denied at our sole discretion.

Such waiver shall be effective only in the specific instance, and for the specific purpose for which it is given, and shall not be deemed a waiver of any other provision of this Agreement or of any subsequent breach or default by YOUSSRY SALEH & PARTNERS.
15.2 The right to enforce the provisions of this Agreement on any preceding or subsequent breach or default instances shall continue and remain in full force and effect.
16. Confidentiality, Security, and Communication
16.1 Information transmitted via email may not be confidential or privileged. While we employ reasonable security measures to protect personal information submitted through the Website, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of such information.
16.2 We do not collect personally identifiable information without your consent, but you may voluntarily submit such information to request our services.
