Mrs. Yulia V. Akinfieva is a business professional, experienced management consultant with mature business acumen accumulated over 15 years of work who brings her cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary experience in business and management to the team to better understand clients’ needs.

Mrs. Akinfieva started practicing law in Egypt, and is strong in drafting legal documents, analyzing the probable outcomes of transactions, using knowledge of legal precedents, laws, regulations, procedures and decrees; advising clients on legal transactions; evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for reports and presentations, negotiations; examining legal data to determine feasibility of projects and transactions; interpreting laws, rules and regulations for individuals and businesses; preparing legal briefs and opinions; and informing and updating client with the milestones while applying a comprehensive yet simple and facile dialogue to eliminate client anxiety.

 As a management consultant, her competence lies in change management, organizational development, corporate governance, re-structuring, business process re-engineering, SMEs and start-ups, leadership and human capital, organizational evaluation and assessment, strategic planning, market research, business planning and feasibility studies, performance management. She has extensive experience in Telecom, Real Estate, Aviation and Manufacturing. Moreover, she is a legal oil and gas expert dealing and serving the energy sector.

Mrs. Akinfieva is an excellent multi-lingual communicator, fluent in Russian, English and Arabic, with an excellent translation skill, from Russian to English and vice versa. She earned a B.A. degree in Psychology and Cross-Cultural Anthropology and an MBA with concentration in Management and Marketing from the American University in Cairo, LL.M in International Business Law from the University of Liverpool.
