Mrs. Mariam has 15+ years of experience in the sphere of customer service. She is responsible for coordinating work between lawyers, clients, government and parastatal agencies, as well as partners around the world. She successfully executes clients’ requests and maintains communication between clients and lawyers both in Egypt and in other countries of the world. Mrs. Mariam leads a team of experts, manages the organization of interaction with clients, employees and partners, and compiles reports on tracking current work.
